ARRIVAL TIME:
We kindly request that our clients arrive on time . As a courtesy to all of our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client.
We kindly ask all clients to give us as much notice as possible if you are running late to your appointment to avoid any fees.
We understand that sometimes life can get in the way and things may happen causing you to be late, however this has a huge impact on the running of the salon and our other clients.
Nails by Griselda operates on a 10-minute discretion from your scheduled appointment time. After this time, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to honour your appointment. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking
Anything after 15 minutes late will result in cancelation if we have back to back appointments. A new deposit will be required if you wish to reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS:
At Nails by Griselda we operate on a very strict cancellation policy in order for us to accommodate the high demand of appointments. We are happy to reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 48 hours’ notice.
Failure to notify Nails by Griselda within this time will result in the loss of your appointment and 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment and being charged £10 late fee.
INFILLS
•Infills booked more than 3/4 weeks after your last appointment will be charged as a Full Set! It takes longer to infill
nails that aren’ t maintained properly
and infills booked more than 4.5 weeks after your last appointment needs to be
removed and a new set will be applied.

because we don’t know what someone’s
else’s products are.

THREE DAYS SERVICES REPAIR AND AFTERCARE POLICY:
We hope that you are pleased with your manicure however; in the event that you do encounter any issues we operate on a three day’s repair policy for all services. Please report this to us including a photo to Info@nailsbygriselda.com. We are happy to carry out any chip repairs that we consider unreasonable free of charge for the effected nails within this time. After this period, there will be a charge for any repairs.
Please note that your nails are jewels not tools and with this in mind you must take care of them, the level of care you apply to looking after your nails hugely influences how long they will last you.
AFTERCARE
•Be extra careful in the first 24 hours (especially if you are not used to having long nails )and avoid intense heat (e.g sun beds and long hot baths).
•Avoid your nails being in water for long periods of time as this can cause your gels to soften which in turn can cause the gel to lift.
•Wear gloves when washing up/ using cleaning products and gardening.
•Use cuticle oil daily this will keep your nails hydrated and improves nail growth.
•Do not use your nails as tools!
•Maintain your nails by attending regular appointments (no more than 3/4 weeks apart).
•DON’T PICK YOUR GEL POLISH!!!Make sure you have them removed by a professional to avoid damage to your natural nails.
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS
We are trained to the highest standard to act in a polite and professional manner towards our valued customers. We do not tolerate any form of rudeness or disrespect towards the Nails by Griselda team. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel that a customer is acting in this manner. Griselda reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY:
We Kindly ask our clients to look after their property while at Nails by Griselda salon as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended or damaged. Please be aware that we use chemicals and polishes inside the salon and you must take extra care of your belongings whilst with us.
•Even the Covid 19 restrictions are lifted please I need you to wear a mask if you are not exempt. If you don’t have one, I will give you one for FREE. Everyone will be asked to wash and sanitize their hands before the appointment. (sanitizer provided)
•If you’re feeling ill please cancel your appointment and reschedule.
